Rockwool wanted a website that could sweep across its multiple brand names and show users how they could partner in building something great. Following the redefining of the Rockwool Group brand architecture, we were tasked with the redesign of rockwoolgroup.com

Design thinking and an agile workflow was a large factor in Rockwool Group’s redesign success. We have utilized the design system and development framework created to provide a brand experience that is both consistent and personalized throughout its product sites.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is embedded within the site, its intelligent search functionality and chatbot. This provides the highest opportunity for the site to assist its users along their information journeys.
Both in search and chatbot, the A.I. continually learns from an individual’s conversion success, and tailors both that same individual’s conversation experience to help them find the solution they are looking for as well as those of future users.
