As part of a digital transformation journey to bring to life their 2020 vision of creating an awesome customer experience, Vertic was tasked with the redesign of ariba.com with the larger goal of digital transformation of the company’s marketing strategy and processes, to ensure that SAP Ariba is in best possible position to achieve that vision.
The implementation of circular navigation and personalization provided a new experience paradigm that incentivizes users a logical path forward in the steps of their decision journey. This helped them see more of what SAP Ariba had to offer that was relevant to them, without running into a dead-end. It was able to decrease the bounce rate and increased conversion and customer satisfaction through relevant content.
The SAP Ariba storytelling implemented within the site’s content demonstrated a humanistic aspect to the software and reiterated their dedication to making human lives better and easier. Ranging from operating efficiency, testimonials to spend sourcing, these stories relate back to the role SAP Ariba had in developing businesses in the modern world and innovation.
